The introduction of big halls in the core area of the building not onlycreates a hierarchy within the interior space, but also tries to connect thebuilding with the city of Apeldoorn with public circulations. The program does not really play an important role in the plan compared the construction of“spatial structure”, from which all sorts of programs can be planted.

Light-weightmaterials are applied upon most of the new enclosures created from the originalstructure. The principle is that these materials are attached to the existing componentswith dry joints so that these constructions are installed with maximum flexibility.At the same time, these light metal panels with various colors and texturesalso shapes the original monolithic atmosphere differently.
