在一个被工业项目环绕的场地内，该设计探索一种整合了品牌、文化、自然的商业空间模式。建筑群落由错落的“town-house” 为原型错动组合，形成连续界面的同时围合出公共广场，在有限用地规模内创造灵动、多义又有延展性的空间。
Within a site surrounded by industrial projects, the design explores a commercial space model that integrates brand, culture, and nature. The building community is composed of scattered town-houses as the prototype of the staggered combination, forming a continuous interface and enclosing the public square, creating a flexible, multi-semantic and malleable space within the limited site.
位于中国云南省大理，建功能为配合工业生产的展示、文化旅游建筑，带有既有建筑的改造，建筑面积2664㎡。设计结合场地地形高差及既有建筑，在苍山洱海间塑造一座环绕梅林的叠院，创观赏梅林的不同体验层级：低看被曲院环绕的梅树，中间漫步在梅林的树冠之间，高处眺望苍山洱海和漂浮在梅林之上。
The design creates a stacked courtyard around the plum forest between Cangshanand Erhai Lake, creating three levels of experience for viewing the plumforest: looking down at the plum trees surrounded by the curved courtyard, walking between the canopy of the plum forest in the middle, looking at Cangshan and Erhai Lake from a high place and floating on the plum forest.
设计结合基地地形高差，创造富有特色的游览空间，放大在场地中的漫游体验。结合生产及流线、参观需求、地形高度布置绿化及水景区域，各个建筑单体从湖面向至山体逐级升高，顺应山地高差，采用台地群落策略，消解体量压迫感，创造不同高度的观湖视野，让建筑整体群落和周围的美景一同构成富有特色、多层次的文旅参观和工业生产空间。

The design reimagines the corridor, destroying this type of space that has developed from a typical to a stereotyped one, and looking for new opportunities.The reimagined corridor is like a miniaturestreet, which realizes the deformation of the "home" through the deformation of the corridor. The sight of the room is connected through thehole facing the corridor, and the sight forms another "window" of theroom. The angles, boundaries, and light passing through the "windows" are different, giving each room its own scenery.
The space renovation project in Shanghai that began in early 2022 faced challenges due to the evolving needs ofstudios and online stores. Located on Fumin Road in the historic Fumin Xincun, the century-old building wastransformed into studios and shops, blending old elements with the innovativeconcept of furniture as architecture.
The design draws inspiration from Caccai Dominoi's architectural philosophy, which emphasizes harmony between form and function, and an innovative use of space with dynamic geometries. The folded balcony concept adds a unique visual appeal and enhances the building’s interaction with its surroundings.
The introduction of big halls in the core area of the building not onlycreates a hierarchy within the interior space, but also tries to connect thebuilding with the city of Apeldoorn with public circulations. The program doesnot really play an important role in the plan compared the construction of spatial structure, from which all sorts of programs can be planted.
